I started off with a striped-ish gradiant in the bg, then I duplicated it and zig-zagged it (then set the zig zap to transparent over the stripes)
after that, u make random spheres and start twirling or waving them (set all little patterns to transparent and make a collage type thing) Hope this explains whatever u need to know
